       1. Secondary and High school students : Yearly give 50 scholars to destitute students in Udonthani, Nhong Khai, Nhong Bua Lumpoo.
       2. University Students : Yearly give 32 scholarships to destitute university students in 2 majors, Chemical and Metallurgical,  from 6 public universities

Heat & Surface Treatment Research and Development Support.
       3. Thai Parker Sessions in TMETC support “Thai Parkerizing Best Paper Award” for Heat & Surface Treatment Research.
       4. Chair Professor Award Project is founded to support researching fund with professor who study in the same field of company business.

Student Trainee
       5. Thai Parkerizing accept the student trainee 20-40 persons a year, from Faculty of Science and Engineering to train on actual site working.
