Hydrophilic on aluminum evaporator
Hydrophilic chemical is formulated for treating aluminium and its alloy surface to provide corrosion resistant, thermal exchange efficiency.
The solution contains high molecular organic compound and applied by immersion. When the solution is used over corrosion resisting coating, the treatment improves final coating performance.
The process does not include rinsing following the hydrophilic treatment which eliminates rinse water contamination and the need for treatment of the water.
