Vessel Type

The process is similar to Clamp-On type, but is different in installation. It requires PLATECOIL to be permanently attached to tank by welding, which can provide better heat transfer and save space better than Clamp-On type, but cannot remove after installation.

Objective

Suitable for tanks that have a certain process with little space and do not want heating system to be inside the tank. The installation is similar to Clamp-On type, but it is a permanent installation.

Special features compared to Pipe Coil or other products.

• The heat transfer coefficient is higher than pipe coil type.
• Can be installed even if the tank uses thin-walled materials.
• Wall thickness after installation is thin, saving space
