VCI PAPER, PIPAK (VCI polyethylene film)

VCI PAPER, PIPAK is paper and polyethylene film that has anti-rust agent which can evaporate from polyethylene film, cover on metal surface and inhibit metal from corrosion.

It is suitable for parts that do not want to use rust-preventive oil or parts that have to be exported overseas, mostly shipped by boat and take many months to travel.

If rust-preventive oil has been used, it may dry on parts when reaching target destination, cause difficulty to wash off and affect to next process quality. Therefore, PIPAK or VCI PAPER is a recommend method for this case.
