Stearate soap lubricant

Stearate soap lubricant is a chemical coating perfectly use for cold forming process such as for reducing the size of pipes or wire.

After the part has been coated with Zinc phosphate and stearate soap lubricant, it will generate a metal soap layer on part’s surface.

This lubricant layer has the property of lubricating and reducing friction between mold and forming part, making it have less chance of scratches on part and help extend the service life of mold.
