“The next generation surface treatment as an alternative Iron Phosphate and Zinc Phosphate Technologies”
   PALLUCID  is the newest technology for pre-treatment process, make every thing is easy, it’s suitable for Electric industry and Furniture, PALLUCID is instead Iron phosphate and Zinc phosphate. In process doesn’t have surface conditioning that make you save water and chemical consumption. Over all PALLUCID isn’t contain Phosphorus, Nickel and manganese that it help you to reduce heavy metal. PALLUCID isn’t offer only your benefit but it can save our environment and our world.
  1. No Phosphorous, Nickel and Manganese containing reduction amount of heavy metals comparison with the Zinc Phosphate.
  2. Reduction of sludge generation to achieve less than 1/10 of that for Zinc phosphate.
  3. Shorten process length can be achieved due to no requirement of surface conditioner process.

* Although the sludge generation is achieved less than 1/10 against zinc phosphate system, processing bath appearance gets cloudy due to floating iron hydroxide. By using Nihon Parkerizing’s sludge removal equipment, turbidity of the bath can be resolved.
