Rust preventive oil
  As our long history in degreasing chemical and pretreatment  specialist , Parkerizing group has developed high performance products for rust prevention in term of oil,  NOX RUST is the brand name of all the rust preventive oil. NOX RUST will never cause hard to be removed by alkali degreasing, in pretreatment process. It covers a complete range of products to protect metals, machinery and automobiles from corrosion for a short ,medium and a long period of time. NOX RUST is divided to 3 types by its application.

1.) Solvent base type
     Selection of grades  should be made with regard to required protection time and packaging specifications such as water displacement, water seperation, cleaning ability, film thickness or for CKD pressed part.

2.) Wax base type
     This series covers our products for cavities and underfloors. Cavity wax products, is applicable to inside doors, side-seals crossmembers, hinges, box section and hemming.

3.) Water base type
       This series is applied for water dilute, we have protection time as you need such as short term until one year protection.

VCI (Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor film)
   As the past, we used high viscosity  rust preventive oil to protect rust for long distance export parts.Too high viscosity or extra preventive sometimes cause degreasing problem.So ,VCI film is instead for this application .VCI sheet contain rust prevention additive in plastic layer, it works by vaporize this substance to cover metal surface.
   When metals are wrapped or packaged in VCI, The chemicals volatilize in the packaging environment and form a protective molecular layer prevents moisture, salt, dirt, oxygen and other materials from depositing on the metal and causing corrosion. When the part are unwrapped, the protective layer immediately begins dissipate.
