1.CHEMICAL ANALYSIS

   Qualitative and Quantitative analysis of chemical in our customer production line is analyzed by professional staff that use advanced analysis instrument with high performance and accuracy. Examples of  technique available are :

  • Inorganic  Analysis by  Inductive Couple Plasma Spectrometer(ICP).
  • Carbon determination by Total Organic Carbon Analyzer(TOC).
  • Anion Analysis by  Ion Chromatography(IC).
  • Organic Analysis by  Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrophotometer(FTIR).
  • Cation and Anion Analysis by  Capillary Electrophoresis(CE).
  • Polarity of organic compound by HighPerformance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC).
  • Volatile compound by Gas Chromatography(GC).
  • Metal content by Auto-Titrator.

 

2.SURFACE ANALYSIS

   Surface analysis of material is the method to identify surface appearance, composition, structure and other properties which is used in quality control of product, solving problem in manufacturing process and research and development. For example :

  • Investigation of surface material, microstructure, characteristics of crystal, coating thickness and defect on work piece by Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM) or Optical Microscope.
  • Investigation element content by Energy Dispersive Spectrometer(EDS).
  • Investigation of coating weight by X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometer(XRF).
  • Investigation of compound of coating layer by X-ray Diffractrometer(XRD).
  • Investigation of surface material, chemical composition of thin film coating in depth profile by X-ray Photoelectron Spectrometer(XPS).
  • Investigation of chemical composition and element distribution(mapping analysis) of coated and uncoated material by Electron Probe Micro Analyzer(EPMA).
 
 

3.CORROSION RESISTANCE TEST

   Test methods are used to evaluate the performance of metal or coating layer against corrosion. Using simulated environments or corrosive environments such as,

  • Salt spray test (SST).
  • Humidity test.
  • Filiform test.
  • Water resistance.
  • Copper Accelerator salt spray test (CASS).
  • Combine cyclic corrosion  test (CCT).
  • Hot salt dip test (HSD).
  • Weather&Light resistance test.
  • Potentiostat/Gavanostat.
 

4.ADHESION TEST

  It is a method for evaluating the efficiency of adhesion between the color and metal layer or coating layer. The method applies impact or tension force. Examples are Square cut test, Erickson test, Impact test. These methods help determining the efficiency of adhesion. The test results are evaluated and assessed by specialist to give accurate evaluation.

5.FRICTION TEST

  This is to evaluate the effectiveness of surface coatings on reducing friction by applying lubrication or surface modification. The test is conducted by a team of expert researchers using modern testing instrument to analyze  friction, wear and effect of lubrication.
